We have seen a great drop in oil prices over the last few weeks and many of you have been availing of this – perfect timing just as the weather began to get colder!
Here at Lambe’s Oil, although we enjoy being able to pass on this opportunity to our customers, we try not to get too caught up in pricing. I know from a customer point of view that’s easier said than done.

I was in Kilbeggan the other day and I saw a great tagline on a van which read ‘Quality is not expensive … it is priceless‘. I have to say, when I read it, I thought to myself, this is so true!

So here’s the education bit .. Fuel Monitoring to ensure quality & accuracy on every delivery

• Every oil delivery from Lambe’s Oil is monitored and recorded on our fuel management system which is independently verified and controlled.
• As a Lambe’s Oil Customer, you have a unique record and you can be fully satisfied that the exact volume of fuel ordered by you is actually delivered.
• Any questions or queries regarding the exact number of litres, location or product type delivered can be checked with one of our Office Staff Members or directly with the independent monitoring company.
• The system has been tested and proven for accuracy in the courts for GPS co-ordinates (location), volume, product type, date and time.

 

Some other features / benefits you may not be aware of

• We offer Planned Deliveries, whereby we will calculate your home heating oil needs with you. (This can be based on the previous year’s usage if you are already a Lambe’s Oil customer.) We will monitor and schedule deliveries taking the hassle out of ordering and ensuring that your tank will never run dry.
• Same Day / Next Day Delivery, open 6 days per week, we endevour to deliver within 24 hours of ordering (excluding Sundays). Need oil in a hurry? No problem, let us know that the order is urgent and we will do our best to facilitate you.
• For your convenience, we not only give you the option to order oil by calling 0579321000 but can order oil Online even outside of normal working hours.
