Terms & Conditions for Online Sales Lambe’s Oil
*Please ensure you are located within the delivery area selected. If you are outside of the selected delivery area and continue to order then the bank charges and admin charges will be applied to any refunds.
All products supplied are chargeable at the sale price ruling at date of acceptance of the receipt of the order by the seller. Such price shall reflect and be inclusive of all taxes, duties and other impositions chargeable. The seller shall not be responsible for any failure to make deliveries if fulfilment has been delayed or prevented by circumstances within the buyer’s immediate control or which have not been identified to the seller as difficulties surrounding the intended delivery location.
In placing the order the buyer grants the seller a licence to enter on to its property to fulfil its obligations hereunder and if the buyer defaults in payment the seller is hereby granted a licence to enter on to any premises in which the products have been delivered and take possession of and remove same.
The seller does not accept responsibility for the preparation of the buyer tanks in checking or testing the suitability of same to receive the order. The buyer hereby warrants in placing the order that it has made sure that there is adequate space available for the delivery to be accepted in to the buyer’s storage facility.
The seller will not be held liable for any losses and/or damages arising from the use of this website or of any other website to which the website provides a link, and/or from the use of the information presented on this or any such other website.
All products supplied and sold are exclusively for the buyer’s own use and shall not be resold, transferred or disposed of by the buyer to any other person private or commercial.
The buyer’s specific attention is drawn to the fact that the price may fluctuate depending on the size of the order and if the buyer determines to make an order of 1,000 litres and then later reduces it the buyer’s end price may increase as a result and reflection of the order size change.
Please Note: As all our metres are monitored electronically and recorded for accuracy, an order cannot be split between or delivered to more than one delivery address.
By registering to use this service you may establish an account. Do not reveal your account information to anyone else. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and for all activities that occur on or through your account and you agree to immediately notify the seller any of security breach of your account. The seller cannot be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorised use of your account and in setting up the account you confirm that the information is complete and accurate and that the seller may store and use the information in use in maintaining and billing your account.
The seller reserves the rights to modify, suspend or discontinue your account at any time and the seller will not be liable to you or any third party should it exercise such rights. To the extent possible, the seller will warn you in advance of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of your account.
When an order is paid by debit or credit card on this website the full value of the order is deducted from the debit or credit card at the time of order. In the event that the delivered amount is less than the amount ordered we will refund the difference to the debit or credit card used to place the order.
Delivery will normally take place within one to two working days of placing an order but during busy times and in poor weather conditions this may vary. The seller will make every effort to make a prompt delivery but cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond their control.
If the seller is unable to fulfil delivery of an order placed and paid for through this website the seller will refund, in full, the value of the order placed. The refund will be processed back to the debit or credit card used to place the order.
If the buyer wishes to cancel an order placed and paid for through this website, they must cancel the order before delivery has taken place. The buyer may cancel an order by contacting Lambe’s Oil on 0579321000. If the buyer cancels an order placed and paid for through this website the seller will refund the order placed*.
*Please Note all cancellations will incur a charge of €10 which will be debited from the Buyers Debit / Credit card.
Refunds from this website are processed through our payment gateway provider and the Bank and can take between three and ten days to complete. This timeframe is standard and outside of Lambe’s Oil Ltd.’s control.
The seller respects your right to privacy, and will not collect any personal information about you on this website without your clear permission. Any personal information which you volunteer to the seller will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality in accordance with the Data Protection Acts, 1988 & 2003.
The seller reserves the right at any time to modify these terms and conditions and to impose newer or additional terms and conditions on your use of the online service provided. Such modification and additional terms and conditions will be communicated to you.
